The villas have cool marble flooring throughout with beautiful, old, original handwoven kelims in the sitting room and bedrooms.
- The villas are cleaned lightly on a daily basis, with towels and bed linen being changed every three days.

Property Description
Two of the villas accomodate up to 6 people and four of the villas accomodate up to 8 people. All are fully airconditioned. On the ground floor of each villa there is a spacious open plan living area, which includes a comfortable, stylishly furnished sitting room with open fireplace, dining area to accomodate the maximum number of persons able to stay at the property and a fully fitted kitchen. There is also a downstairs toilet.
The kitchen and sitting room area both have patio doors which open onto a private terrace with swimming pool and wonderful views across the bay. The terrace has sunbeds, umberellas and a large table and chairs for out door eating.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both have, modern ensuite bathrooms with both bath and shower, the double bedroom also having a jacuzzi. The bedrooms are finished to a high standard, have wardrobe, bedside cupboards, dressing table and drawers. They each have private balcony with superb views.
Four of the villas have a third bedroom / studio. This is situated on the lower ground floor and has its own entrance. The bedroom is spacious and is furnished with a double / twin beds, wardrobe, bed side cabinets and drawers. There is a sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a fridge and tea / cofee making facilities. It has a large ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is accessed from the garden and has views onto the garden.
The villas are available for rent throughout the year. Winter prices are given on request. During the cooler months, logs are provided for the fire and there is an electric immersion back up, to heat the water when the solar energy is not sufficient. The airconditioning acts as a cooler in the summer months, and as heating in the winter months. All electricity is included in the villa price.
